Aim:
My contribution is based on the analyze of NGO responses against HIV in Africa. The increazing number of NGO and their growing role in the fight against AIDS, in Africa in particular and in the world in general, are now currently admited. However, this phenomenon is not materialized in the scientifical researches, at such extension that some sociologists use the expression of the silence of social sciences (Carricaburu, Mnoret, 2005) to describe this lack of knowledges, which is even more deep in the situation of Africa. My researches are based on the case of the Rseau Afrique 2000 , an international network created in 1997 and linking 17 French and African NGO, with the common aim to use the tools that work against the spread of HIV in Africa.

Method / Issue:
Through out an anthropological and a sociological approaches, we can underlines that the central element of Rseau Afrique 2000 members actions in Africa prevention, screening, care of HIV infected people, lobbying- is the diffusion of health norms, for instance medical observance of duggs treatments or the use of condoms. Accordingly, the hypothesis is that NGO, which occupied an intermediary space between the global and the local sphere, diffused health norms in Africa through out transnational network.

Results / Comments:
Accordingly, we have to questioned the reaction of African local actor who are targeted through Rseau Afrique 2000 projects. We point out that the negociations dynamics between NGO and local actors around health norms linked with HIV are determined by the carriere, the social, economical and political ressources and the cultural factors of the African local actors. Their reactions could be modelized through tree types (Becker, 1992) : composition, acceptation or rejection of health norms.

Discussion:
Thus, the comprehension of African local actors reactions to the diffusion of health norms against HIV is the aim of my contribution.
