Aim:
School is the best place in Tanzanian context whereby you can transfer knowledge and skills effectively especially in concietise society toward HIV/AIDS. Due to the fact that most Tanzania they dont have curiosity tendency on their own. Such as reading magazine, pamphlet and using library service. According to Tanzania Education Curriculum Primary Education is compulsory for a period of 7 years followed by your own decision for secondary education for less than 4 years. This gives a total of 11 years regardless high school and colleges student used to be in school with their Teachers whose regard as a facilitators with almost 8hours per day in every week for day school.

Method / Issue:
Government, Non government Organization and Community based Organization are the key Stakeholders in Fighting HIV/AIDS IN Tanzania, Different methods and measures are taken by these groups so as to minimize the new infection and for better and hope life for people living with HIV/AIDS. Such ways are like to organize workshops, seminars and Training for both infected and affected with HIV/AIDS.

Results / Comments:
To run those activities its a burden to the Donors whos funded the activities in terms of financial and time cost to cover the vast area of Tanzania with 25 regions of almost 30 Million population. The main participants of those meetings are adult who run different organization deals with HIV/AIDS while the main infected and affected groups are youth according to National Aids Control Program statistics. At this time youth remain in school for learning from their Teacher without adequate understandings of the disaster as was declared by the Government.

Discussion:
The role of teacher were forgotten in fighting HIV/AIDS while in reality teachers are main catalyst for any changes in a justice society, Also a lot of money used in conducting different activities since people are paid such sitting allowance and its difficult to mobiles them since they are scatted. My suggestion toward the matter is to impart HIV/AIDS teaching methodologies in Teachers College so as to reach the knowledge at school with the low cost in a large group and with a short time.
