Refund policy:
All registrations cancelled prior to the 22nd April 2009 can be refunded in full, with a deduction of £50 for administrative costs.  No cancellations will be given after 22nd April 2009.  However delegates may transfer names.  The conference organisers need to be notified in writing for such a  name change.

Please note that AIDS Impact cannot be held responsible for any loss, damages or claims that delegates may incur. We advise that all delegates take their own travel and health insurance before travelling to the conference.
