In São Paulo, an 11.000.000 people city with large inequalities, aids is concentrated in key populations. To attain the goals of UNAIDS in 2030 we must combine new and old strategies: Treatment as Prevention and free condoms supply. Besides, we developed tailored solutions to reach young gay men, homeless and drug addicts. The traditional health service organization is insufficient to answer the challenges of everyday. Testing in alternative places and after hours, treatment of homeless on the streets are measures to overcome the difficulties and reach 2030 with the epidemic under control.Go Back
