Aim:
The objective of this work is to show the importance of information on STD/Aids prevention and condoms are accessible to all adolecents in order to effective promote their health. Since 1992 in partnership with Rio de Janeiro State Public Health Department, Adolescents Clinics of Rio de Janeiro State University have developed a Program to discuss sexuality and distribute condoms to adolescents. This program was created after Aids School Program in which the same institutions promoted the discussion of STD/Aids prevention in schools by training teachers to do it. How discuss the theme without facilitating access to condoms? It is still controversial the easy access of condoms to adolescents. The idea of being stimulating sexual intercourse remains among professionals. But its known that if the adolescent has the condom is easier for him/her to use it, and dont have a condom do not mean that he/she wont have sex.

Method / Issue:
In the Program the adolescent is assisted by a student of the university trained to do it. During the interview aspects of sexuality are discussed including prevention and risk reduction. At the end, correct way of using condom is constructed together and the adolescent receives condom to a month use.

Results / Comments:
Till this moment 3003 adolescents were assisted. 57% Female and 43% male. From this 19% are 12-14 years old; 61 % from 15-17 years old and 16 % older than 18. 31 % hadnt had sexual intercourse. 36% referred had never used condoms. The relation between years of study and consistency of condom use is very clear.

Discussion:
The small difference between men and women is relevant since in our country this difference in health services use to be greater, women come much more to health services. Another important find is that 31 % of the adolescents look for information and condoms even before having sexual intercourse which is an indicator of an effective primary health care attention. The fight against Aids needs more efforts in prevention which can be reached through information and access to condoms. It is important to consider that sexual and reproductive rights of adolescents needs to be respected by educational and health system since these are part of humans rights.
