Aim:

The HIV prevalence among MSM in Bangkok has risen sharply, from 17 percent in 2003 to 29 percent in 2011 according to a recent report released by Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health and the US CDC. The young MSM are currently not being reached via traditional venue-based interventions as online, social media and mobile application is becoming more and more popular. TestBKK is an innovative approach to create a mechanism where the campaign will be led and informed by young people with messaging targeted at the young MSM using social media and mobile technology to bring about awareness of HIV testing and demand for testing.
