  Aim:
This paper aims at recognizing the barriers of policy and authorization in religious countries where it is believed the roots of AIDS have been eradicated while there is an increasing growth of AIDS occurrence in some Islamic countries with totalitarian regiment.

  Method / Issue:
In a six month study in three different hospitals ,there were chosen 40 patient inflicted with AIDS and process of their disease was recorded.Based on their claims, they were divided in to two groups of accidental(inflicted due to uninformed contact with other patients)and deliberate(inflicted due to use of drugs or contaminated instruments).According to the manner of recognition, their treatment was analysed and the ways of prevention were scrutinized.

  Results / Comments:
Under the strict rules of ideology and religion, most people suspected to have AIDS refused to announce their disease until it is absolutely represented and there is little or nothing to do for them. The characteristics of living in the environment with hidden crimes and teemed with illegal contacts of opposite sexes could lead to a scandal out of human`s action.

  Discussion:
The health issues must be separated from ideological or religious policies and people must not feel any shame to refer to clinics to be aware of their disease especially AIDS which can ruin the belief foundation of people to religion.
